摘　　要：介绍了咖啡壶盖的注塑模设计。咖啡壶盖整体结构简单,但内部设有内螺纹,材料为ABS塑料,通过塑件工艺分析发现,塑件脱模困难。模具设计采用一模一腔、浇口自动脱模结构,斜滑块内侧抽芯机构成型内螺纹,并设计了弹簧分型拉杆定距式分型装置。该模具结构设计合理,安全可靠,产品质量满足要求,且维修、拆卸和安装较方便。Due to the inside thread and the ABS material ,the demolding process is found difficult although the structure of the coffeepot lid is considered simple .In this paper ,the injection mould design of coffeepot lid is presented .This mould is designed with one cavity and the pin‐point gate .The slanting split core‐pulling device is used to shape and demold the inside thread ,and the spring＆amp;rod device is used to part the mould and control the distance . The products quality can meet the requirements ,and this mould structure is reasonable ,reli‐able and convenient to maintain .
