东莞地区初发2型糖尿病患者血脂酰肉碱谱特点分析研究

摘　　要：目的了解东莞地区初发2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者脂酰肉碱代谢特点。方法收集107例初发T2DM患者血滤纸片标本,与正常对照组93例比较。应用串联质谱技术分析脂酰肉碱的含量。结果与正常对照组相比,T2DM患者血中游离肉碱的含量无明显改变,而长链脂酰肉碱（C14~C18）的含量增高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论东莞地区新发T2DM患者存在长链脂酰肉碱的代谢异常。Objective To investigate the metabolic characteristics of fatty acyl carnitine in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） patients in Dongguan. Methods Blood filter specimens of 107 newly diagnosed T2DM patients were collected, and were compared with 93 cases in normal control group. Tandem mass spectrum was applied for content analysis of fatty aeyl carnitine. Results Compared with normal control group, T2DM patients had no obviously changed fatty acyl carnitine content, while their long chain fatty acyl carnitine （C14-C18） contents were increased. The difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Newly diagnosed T2DM patients in Dongguan contain metabolic disorder in long chain fatty acyl carnitine.
