丹参联合培哚普利治疗糖尿病肾病疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析丹参联合培哚普利治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法 74例糖尿病肾病患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各37例,对照组予以培哚普利治疗,研究组予以丹参联合培哚普利治疗,对比两组疗效及不良反应情况。结果研究组治疗后证候评分明显低于对照组,且其治疗后空腹血糖、饭后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组尿微量白蛋白(UAER)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿β2-微球蛋白(尿β2-Mg)等检测指标改善情况明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参联合培哚普利治疗糖尿病肾病能稳定患者血糖水平并改善其肾功能,且无明显不良反应。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza combined with perindopril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 74 patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided by random number table into control group and research group, with 37 cases in each group. The control group received perindopril for treatment, and the research group received Salvia Miltiorrhiza combined with perindopril for treatment. Curative effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the research group had obviously lower syndrome score, fasting blood glucose, and 2 h postprandial blood glucose than the control group. Their differences all had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The research group had much better improvement of urinary albumin excretion rate （UAER）, serum creatinine （Scr）, urine β2-micro globulin （urine β2-Mg） than the control group after treatment, and their differences all had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Salvia Miltiorrhiza and perindopril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy can stabilize blood glucose and improve renal function without obvious adverse reactions.
