带指神经背侧支的指背皮瓣修复指腹缺损的临床分析

摘　　要：目的评价带指神经背侧支的指背皮瓣修复指腹缺损的临床效果。方法分析带指神经背侧支指背逆行岛状皮瓣修复方法修复治疗指腹缺损患者100例120指的临床资料。结果所有患者的皮瓣成活良好,随访3~13个月观察,指腹的外形恢复良好,静止两点辨别觉达3.0~6.4 mm,依据总主动活动度（TAM）法评价手指功能情况,均显示为优。查看供区无畸形发生,经统计,患者的感觉恢复、外观、手指功能恢复均比较满意。结论采用带指神经背侧支的指背皮瓣对指腹缺损进行修复,操作简单方便,治疗效果显著,值得应用推广到临床中。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of dorsal branch of digital nerve in dorsal digital skin flaps repair for finger pulp defect. Methods Research and analysis were made on clinical data of dorsal branch of digital nerve in dorsal digital skin flaps repair for finger pulp defect in 100 cases as 120 fingers. Results All patients had well survived skin flaps. Follow-up for 3~13 months showed good appearance recovery of finger pulp. Level of static two points identification was 3.0~6.4 mm. Finger function by total active motion （TAM） showed all good values. There was no teratogenesis, and patients all had satisfaction in feeling recovery, appearance, and finger function rehabilitation. Conclusion Dorsal branch of digital nerve in dorsal digital skin flaps repair contains easy operation and precise effect for finger pulp defect, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
