6种花药异常连翘花的形态解剖学研究

摘　　要：目的:对6种花药异常连翘花的雄蕊形态解剖学进行研究。方法:采用形态学观察法和石蜡切片法对6种连翘花的雄蕊进行形态解剖结构特征观察,探讨连翘花雄性不育及雄蕊变异问题。结果:各种连翘花的雄蕊结构存在明显差异,并发现了异型雄蕊现象。结论:对6种花药异常连翘花的雄蕊形态解剖学进行观察研究,为深入研究连翘花雄蕊变异的发生机理提供依据。Objective： To carry out the morphological and anatomical study on the stamens of 6 kinds of Forsythia suspensa with abnormal anther. Methods： To observe the morphological and anatomical structural characteristics of the stamens of 6 kinds of Forsythia suspensa flowers by using the morphological observation and paraffin method,and to discuss the Forsythia suspensa male sterile and stamens variation problems. Results：There was significant difference in the stamen structure of 6 kinds of Forsythia suspensa flowers,and the phenomenon of heteranthery was found. Conclusions： The morphological and anatomical observation and study on the stamens of 6 kinds of Forsythia suspensa with abnormal anther provide the evidence for further studies on the mechanism of the stamens variation of forsythia suspense flower.
