软组织缺损VSD负压封闭引流术后护理方法及效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析软组织缺损VSD负压封闭引流术后护理方法及护理效果。方法回顾性分析该院2012年3月—2013年8月收治的100例软组织缺损VSD负压封闭引流术患者的病历资料,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例,对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者采取各个过程的综合护理,对比分析二组患者的护理效果。结果 100例患者给予VSD负压封闭引流术治疗,对照组手术成功率为70%,并发症发生率为10%,其中深静脉栓塞为8%,压疮并发症的发生率为2%,护理满意度为70%。观察组患者给予VSD负压封闭引流术之后,手术成功率为100%,没有任何并发症的发生,护理满意度为98%。观察组患者的护理满意度明显优于对照组,并发症的发生率低于对照组,二组间进行比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论 VSD负压封闭引流术治疗软组织缺损采取综合性的护理干预可提高手术的成功率,同时也有利于护患关系的建立,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the nursing method and nursing effect of soft tissue defect after the VSD closed negative pressure drainage.Methods A retrospective analysis in author＆#39;s hospital in March 2012 to August 2013 were treated 100 cases of soft tissue defect of the VSD closed negative pressure drain-age by the medical records of patients.All patients were randomly divided into control group and observa-tion group,50 cases in each group.Control group of patients took the routine nursing care,while observa-tion group of patients received each process comprehensive care,and then compared nursing effect between two groups of patients.Results One hundred patients were given the VSD closed negative pressure drain-age treatment,surgical success rate was 80%,the incidence of complications was 10%,including deep vein thrombosis was 8%,the incidence of pressure ulcers complications was 2%,nursing satisfaction was 70%. Success rate was 100% in observation group patients after the VSD closed negative pressure drainage sur-gery,no complications and nursing satisfaction was 98%.Observation group was obviously superior to control group on nursing satisfaction of patients and the incidence of complications,with statistical signifi-cance （P 〈0.05）.Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention on soft tissue defect of the VSD closed negative pressure drainage treatment can improve the success rate of surgery,and can help to the establish-ment of the relationship between nurses and patients.It is worthy clinical promotion.
