摘 要:针对传统静脉输液在便捷性、安全性与可靠性等方面的问题,本文设计并研制了半挤压式智能输液泵。它是一种活塞式输液泵,具有便携、操作简单可靠、流速控制精确等突出优点,并能对输液状态进行监测并报警。文章中首先介绍了传统静脉输液的不足以及输液泵的分类和原理,其次详细说明了半挤压式智能输液泵的工作原理及具体结构设计,然后对输液流速控制方法进行推导,最终通过实验成功证明半挤压式智能输液泵的输液流速精度满足设计要求。Aimed for the problems of traditional intravenous infusion in convenience, safety and reliability, half extrusion type intelligent infusion pump, a kind of piston infusion pump, was designed and developed in this paper. It stands out because of its portability, reliability, precise velocity control and transfusion status monitoring and alarm. The article first introduces the traditional intravenous fluids and the classification and principle of infusion pump, then the principle of infusion pump and the concrete structure design of half extrusion type piston is described in detail. Besides, the infusion velocity control methods are derived and the velocity precision of the half extrusion type intelligent infusion pump was successfully verified to be satisfying by the experiments.
