摘 要:优化电磁设计、提高工作效率对鼠笼式感应电机而言具有重要意义。常见的鼠笼转子沿轴向斜槽,在电磁性能、加工工艺方面有不利影响。本文提出取消鼠笼转子的轴向斜槽,而用半径方向斜槽的方法来降低气隙磁场谐波的影响,提高效率与功率因数。通过有限元仿真分析,不仅证明了径向斜槽的有效性,而且得出了最优斜槽角度。It is always desirable to optimize the electromagnetic design and improve the energy efficiency of the squirrel cage induction motors.Usually the squirrel cage rotor is skewed along the axial direction, which has negative influence on the motor performance and manufacture process.In this paper, proposed to remove the axial skewing, use the radial skewing of the squirrel cage slots in order to reduce the effect of the air-gap field harmonics and enhance the energy efficiency and power factor.Finite element analysis results show in this paper not only validating the feasibility of the radial skewing, but also demonstrating the optimal skewing angle.
