摘 要:结合失电残压的产生机理,分析了异步电动机的失电残压模型,提出基于失电残压的异步电动机转速估算算法,该算法基于对电动机的三相定子残压进行Clark变换,再线性拟合出转子转速的变化方程,并给出了具体的估算算法及步骤。然后,针对恒转矩负载的异步电动机模型为Matlab仿真对象,根据基于失电残压的转速估算算法对其转速进行估算。仿真试验结果表明,基于失电残压的转速估算算法具有抗干扰能力强、计算速度快、估算结果准确且实用性好的特点,而且对交流电动机转速的检测具有较高的参考价值,在交流电动机转速估算算法中具有明显的优势。Combined with the generation mechanism of the residual voltage under interrupted power supply condition, the model of the residua voltage about asynchronous motors was analyzed in this paper and the estimation methods which based on the three-phase stator residua voltage for Clark transformation , then the equation of the rotor speed change was made by the linear fit and its specific steps of the asynchronous motors speed were proposed based on the residual voltage under interrupted power supply condition.Then, the asynchronous motor with constant torque load was taken as the simulation object in Matlab, and the speed was estimated by the proposed estimation methods.The simulation results show that, the speed estimation methods based on the residual voltage under interrupted power supply condition not only has strong anti-inter-ference ability, calculation speed and accurate and practical estimation results is good, but also provide a certain reference value for the speed detection of AC asynchronous motors and has obvious advantages in the speed estimation of AC asynchronous motors.
