摘  要:传统的电机伺服控制器开发方法通常采用原型进化法,即根据性能要求进行硬件设计和代码编写,若测试不能满足要求,须对硬件和软件进行一次或多次开发设计,直致达到要求。这种开发方法的缺点是开发周期长、成本偏高。采用d SPACE仿真系统,结合自行开发的通用功率驱动模块,实现了一种快速开发平台。该平台在Matlab/Simulink环境下搭建控制算法模型,通过RTI/RTW实现软硬件接口连接,完成代码的自动生成及下载,并利用Control Desk进行系统的在线实时调试。利用该平台能快速实现PMSM控制算法的设计与验证,可以一次性满足硬件和软件设计并固化,开发过程简便快捷,显著减少了工作量,缩短了开发周期。Traditional development methods for PMSM is usually designing hardware and writing program codes according to performance indicators firstly;if the result of tests can′t meet the requirements, the hard-ware and the software have to be redesigned.However, the process of the traditional development is complex and the period is long because of heavy programming task.A rapid development platform for PMSM control system was designed based on a dSPACE HIL real-time simulation system and a general-type IPM hardware driver module.The control algorithm model was built in Matlab/Simulink by modeling tools.The software and hardware interface was connected by RTI/RTW and the programing codes were automatically generated and download to the hardware.The control system realizes online debugging by ControlDesk.The platform can quickly realize the development and the test of PMSM control algorithms, make the process simple and efficient, reduce the workload greatly and shorten the period.
