真空压膜矫治器治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征疗效评价

摘　　要：目的　评价不同矫治器治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征 (OSAS)临床疗效。方法　 4 0例OSAS患者随机分成两组 ,分别戴用ActivatorⅠ型矫治器和自行设计的真空压膜矫治器 ,综合应用临床检查、X线头影测量和多导睡眠监测仪评价其疗效。结果　两组间治疗前后相比较 ,在固位法、舒适性、主观症状等方面真空压膜矫治器均优于ActivatorⅠ型矫治器 ,而在下颌前伸及咬合打开、呼吸暂停指数、呼吸紊乱指数、最低血氧饱和度的变化值无显著差异。结论　真空压膜矫治器的临床疗效优于ActivatorⅠ型矫治器。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of two different dental appliances on OSAS Patients. Methods 40 OSAS patients were divided into 2 groups randomly and wore two different kinds of dental appliances(improved Activator Ⅰ appliances and Vacuum suction membrane appliances) respectively. The effects of the treatment were evaluated by clinical inspect, cephalometric roentgenograms and polysomnographic examinations. Results there were obvious superiority of the Vacuum suction membrane appliances compared with the improved Activator I appliances in retention, comfort and subjective symptoms but no significant differences in mandibular protrusive relation and occlusal opend,apnea index(AI), apnea hypoventilation imdex(AHI) and lowest SaO 2variables. Conclusion The clinical effects of the vacuum suction membrane appliances on OSAS patient is better than the improved Activator I appliances.
