养精胶囊对环磷酰胺模型小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察养精胶囊对于KM小鼠非特异性与特异性免疫功能的影响。方法将青年KM小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、左旋咪唑对照组、养精胶囊高、中、低剂量组共6组。灌胃7d,给药第3日开始,空白对照组每日皮下注射灭菌生理盐水0.1ml/10g,其余各组皮下注射环磷酰胺40 mg/㎏,连续5 d,5日后每组分别进行碳粒廓清实验、迟发型超敏反应实验(DTH)、鸡红细胞溶血素实验。结果养精胶囊能明显对抗环磷酰胺对小鼠吞噬功能的抑制作用,使低下的DTH升高,同时可以回升环磷酰胺所致的免疫低下小鼠的溶血素水平。结论养精胶囊可以从特异性和非特异性两方面增强小鼠的免疫功能。Objective To explore the effects of Yangjing Capsule on non - specific and specific immune function of KM mice. Methods Young KM mice were randomly divided into control group, model group, levamisole control group, Yangjing Capsules high, medium and low - dose group of six groups. Garage 7 days, administration of the third day, the blank group were daily injected with sterile saline control group 0.1 ml/10g. The rest of the group, were subcutaneous injected with cyclophosphamide 40 mg / kg, for 5 days. And then every group were undertaken carbon clearance, delayed type hypersensitivity （DTH） , chicken red blood cell hemolysin test. Results Yangjing Capsule can significantly decrease the inhibition of phagocytosis in mice with cyclophosphamide, while can increase delayed -type hypersensitivity to low （DTH） , and improve the hemolysin level of immunocompromised mice induced by eyclophosphamide. Conclusion Yangjing Capsule can both enhance the specificity and non - specific immune function.
