摘  要:目的分析蜡梅花乙醇提取物的石油醚萃取物的化学成分,并测定其对乙酰胆碱酯酶的抑制活性。方法用75%乙醇对风干的蜡梅花进行超声辅助常温浸泡提取,提取物分散于水中后,用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和水饱和正丁醇依次萃取,将石油醚萃取物进行GC-MS分析,并用改良的Ellman比色法测定其对乙酰胆碱酯酶的抑制率。结果经GC-MS分析鉴定共得出54种化合物,并用面积归一化法确定各成分质量分数。石油醚萃取物对乙酰胆碱酯酶的抑制活性呈现一定的量效关系。结论蜡梅花石油醚萃取物具有一定抗乙酰胆碱酯酶活性。Objective The petroleum ether extracts from flowers of C. praecox were analyzed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC -MS) and it's Acetyleholiuesterase (ACHE) inhibitory activity was evaluated. Methods The petroleum ether extracts from flowers of C. praecox were extracted with 75% ethanol extraction and liquid - liquid extraction, identified by GC - MS, and its AChE inhibitory activity was evaluated with the improved Ellman colorimetry. Results The petroleum ether extracts from flowers of C. praecox contains 54 kinds of compounds and shows some inhibition activity. Conclusion The petroleum ether extracts from flowers of C. praecox owns certain extent inhibition activity,which provides the experimental basis to the further study on C. praecox.
