摘  要:目的建立合欢皮水溶性木脂素类化合物的纯化工艺。方法以合欢皮木脂素苷H为指标,首先对大孔树脂种类进行筛选,然后对选定的大孔树脂进行纯化工艺参数优化。结果 D101型大孔树脂对合欢皮水溶性木脂素类纯化效果最佳,最佳工艺为:上样液的浓度为0.4g·ml-1,上样流速为2BV·h-1,树脂径高比为1:6,上样量为1.8倍树脂量,先用5BV的水以5VB·h-1流速洗脱除杂,再用40%的乙醇溶液作为洗脱剂以2BV·h-1流速洗脱,洗脱体积为5BV。结论该方法简单易行,分离效果好。Objective To establish a method to purify the Water - Soluble Lignan of Cortex Albizziae. Methods Lignin glyco- sides H is used as the index, first the Macroporous adsorption resin is selected, then process parameters is optimized of the elected Macroporous adsorption resin. Results D101 Macroporous adsorption resin has good purification effect on Water- Soluble Lignan from Cortex Albizziae, the best technological condition:the concentration of sample solution is 0. 4g ·mL^-1,the flow rate is 2 BV/h, resin ratio is 1: 6, the sample volume is 1.8 times of resin, first 5BV water is used to remove impurities and the flow is 5VB · h^-1 ,then 40% ethanol is used as eluent and the flow is 2BV · h^-1 , elution volume is 5BV. Conclusion This method is simple and feasible.
