摘 要:目的建立火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定天竺黄中5种无机元素含量。方法采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定3种天竺黄、一种合成天竺黄以及一种竹黄中K、Mg、Mn、Ca、Fe含量。结果各元素含量测定方法线性良好,相关系数均大于0.9991,回收率(n=6)均在93.8%-102.9%之间,重复性、稳定性符合相关要求。不同产地天竺黄中无机元素含量分布趋势相似,均为K〉Ca〉Fe〉Mg〉Mn,合成天竺黄及竹黄中无机元素分布与天竺黄不同。结论所建立的天竺黄中无机元素FAAS测定方法准确、稳定、可靠,可为天竺黄质量控制及资源开发提供参考。Objective To develop a method of determination of inorganic element in Concretio Silicea Bambusae. Methods The inorganic element including K, Mg, Mn, Ca, Fe in 3 kinds of Concretio Silicea Bambusae, one kind of artificial Concretio silicea bambusae and tabasheer were determined by FAAS. Results All calibration curves showed good linearity( r 〉 0. 9991 ). The recoveries (n = 6) were from 93.8 % to 102.9 %. The reproducibility and stability mainly accorded requirements. The concentration of inorganic elements in Concretio Silicea Bambusae listed from high to low were K 〉 Ca 〉 Fe 〉 Mg 〉 Mn, The concentration of inorganic elements in tabasheer and artificial Concretio Silicea Bambusae were different from Concretio Silicea Bambusae. Conclusion The method was of high sensitivity, good stability, precision and accuracy requirements and can provide reference for further exploitation and utilization of Concretio Silicea Bambusae.
