摘  要:目的观察100Hz电针刺激对脑组织和脾脏乙酰胆碱转移酶活性的影响,初步探讨电针的免疫功能调节作用机制。方法将昆明小鼠24只随机分成对照组、插针不电组和电针组。给予小鼠电针4天后处死,分别检测小鼠血清、延髓、下丘脑和脾脏中乙酰胆碱转移酶(ChAT)的活性。结果与对照组比较,100Hz电针刺激可显著升高小鼠血清、延髓、下丘脑和脾脏中乙酰胆碱转移酶(ChAT)活性(P<0.05)。结论以上结果提示胆碱能抗炎通路可能参与了100Hz电针调节免疫功能的作用。Objective To observe the effect of the activities of ChAT on lOOHz electro - acupuncture immunoregulation and to investigate the immunoregulation effect and mechanism of electro - acupuncture treatment. Methods 24 male KM rats were randomly divided into normal control group, non - electro acupuncture group, and electro - acupuncture group with 8 in each group. On the fourth day of electro - acupuncture, the rats were sacrificed and the specimen of serum, medulla, hypothalamus and spleen were harvested to evaluate the activities of ChAT in serum, medulla, hypothalamus, and spleen. Results Compared with the normal group, the activity of ChAT in serum, medulla, hypothalamus, and spleen in electro - acupuncture group increased remarkably ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion 100Hz electro - acupuncture regulates immune function by cholinergic anti - inflammatory pathway.
