摘 要:大量弃风发生在我国北方的供暖季节。热电联产机组"以热定电"运行模式限制了含风电在内的其他电源的上网空间。定量评估供热季风电消纳能力成为破解弃风难题的必要前提。该文提出一种定量分析供热需求对风电电量消纳影响的新方法:引入热/电负荷的多元持续负荷曲线,将风电等效为多状态机组,建立基于多元随机生产模拟的供暖季风电电量消纳能力评估泛函极值模型,并提出基于最小电热比的等效热量–电量函数求解算法。方法不依赖时序模拟直接进行电量计算,算例仿真验证了方法的有效性,并阐释了供热机组参数对风电消纳的影响机理。Magnificent wind curtailment occurs in the North of China in the heat-supplied season. Because the load level of combined heat and power (CHP) units is restricted by the minimum heat demand, other units including wind turbines are forced to work at the low load level. The quantitative assessment of the wind energy usage margin is the prerequisite of reducing wind curtailment. The paper proposed a novel method to estimate how the heat supply impacts wind power usage: by introducing the load duration curve of power and heat, and by modeling the wind power as a multistate unit, and a functional extreme model based on joint probabilistic production simulation was built, and then the algorithm named minimal electrical-heat-ratio method based on equivalent combined-heat-electricity function method was used to assess the maximal wind energy usage. The method can calculate the amount of the wind energy usage directly, independent on time sequence simulation. The proposed methodology have been verified by case studies, and the influencing factors are analyzed.
