摘  要:风电固有的间歇性和波动性,给电力系统调度带来诸多问题。为了减小系统调节压力,提出一种基于频谱分析的风电场储能系统容量优化方法。该方法利用离散傅里叶变换(discrete Fourier transform,DFT)对风电场输出功率偏差进行频谱分析,得到风电场对各类时间响应的控制需求量,以采取不同的控制机制以补偿功率偏差。基于频谱分析结果,最终确定储能系统容量和储能补偿后的系统备用需求。计算结果表明,所提方法能够以较小的储能容量将风电预测均方根误差由10.2466%降低至0.3935%~2.5360%,大幅减小了系统备用容量需求,缓解了备用机组的负担,提高了电网对风电的接纳能力。The intermittence and variability of wind power generation brings a lot of difficulties to power system dispatch. This paper presented a method to determine energy storage capacity for wind farm to reduce the adjustment pressure of system. The presented method uses the spectrum analysis obtained by discrete Fourier transform (DFT) of wind farm output power deviation to get different classes of control capacity in different time period, and to adopt different control mechanisms to compensate for power deviation. Based on spectrum analysis results, the energy storage capacity and system reserve requirements after compensation can be determined. The calculation results show the root mean square error (RMSE) of wind power forecasting can be decreased from 10.2466% to 0.3935%-2.5360% by an optimal energy storage capacity. Significantly reduce the reserve capacity requirements of system, ease the burden on standby units and improve the acceptance ability of grid for wind power.
