摘 要:为分析ECI1基因多态性与背膘厚性状的遗传关系,采用PCR-RFLP技术,检测286头淮猪新品系Ⅱ系Ⅱ世代个体ECI1基因的遗传变异,统计分析ECI1基因型与背膘厚性状的关联性。结果表明:培育中的淮猪新品系猪群中存在丰富的ECI1基因多态性,CC型个体的活体背膘厚显著高于TT型个体(P<0.01),TC型个体处于中间。该研究进一步验证了ECI1基因对淮猪新品系育肥性状的影响效应,为ECI1基因作为淮猪新品系的分子遗传标记提供理论依据。The purpose of this research was to analyze genetic relationship between ECI1 gene polymorphisms and backfat thickness of new huai pig line group. Two hundred and eight-six second generation sows of II type of new huai line of pigs were genotyped at intro3-C54T of ECII by using PCR-RFLP. Association analysis was performed to evaluate the correlation of the ECII polymorphism with the backfat thickness. In the New Huai fattening Pig Line sow group, the individual number of genotype CC, CT and TT were 48, 98 and 140 respectively, and the genotype distribution was not conform to the expected equilibrium (X^2=15.069, d. f. =1, P〈0.05) due to the selected from foundational breeding group. The mean backfat thickness of individuals with genotype than those individuals with genotypes TT (P〈0.01) and CT (P〉0.05).
