摘 要:本试验旨在研究酵母铬和益生素联用对夏季蛋鸡产蛋性能、肠道菌群及消化酶活性的影响。选用432羽40周龄健康罗曼褐蛋鸡,随机分为9组。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加不同水平的酵母铬(0、400、600μg/kg)和益生素(0、400、800 mg/kg)。结果表明:饲粮中单独添加益生素或酵母铬或酵母铬+益生素联用时,均显著增加其产蛋率(P<0.05),显著降低料蛋比(P<0.05);酵母铬和益生素联用对产蛋率和饲料转化率产生显著的互作效应(P<0.05);日粮中单独添加益生素及酵母铬+益生素联用时,均显著提高了蛋鸡回肠和盲肠中乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌的数量(P<0.05),显著降低了大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的数量(P<0.05),显著提高十二指肠内容物总蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶活性(P<0.05);酵母铬和益生素联用对蛋鸡十二指肠内容物淀粉酶和脂肪酶的活性产生显著互作效应(P<0.05)。夏季蛋鸡饲粮中同时添加600μg/kg酵母铬+800 mg/kg益生素时对产蛋性能、肠道菌群及消化酶活性效果最好。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of combined with chromium yeast and probiotic on the performance, intestinal microflora and digestive enzyme activity of laying hens. Four hundred and thirty-two 40- weeks-old Roman brown layers were allocated randomly to nine groups. The basal diet was used as control group, diets added yeast chromium (0, 400 and 600 μg/kg, respectively) and probiotic (0, 400 and 800 mg/kg respectively) were used as treatment groups. The results showed that single and combined addition of chromium yeast and probiotics, compared with control group, increased laying rate(P〈0.05) and decreased feed conversion rate (P〈0.05). Single addition of probiotics and combined chromium yeast with probiotics, significantly increased the number of ileum and cecum of laetobaeiUi and bifidobcteria (P 〈0.05), significantly reduced the number of Escherichin coli and Salmonella (P〉0.05) and significantly improve duodenum content total protease, lipase and amylase activity (P〈0.05). Single addition of yeast chromium and combined chromium with yeast probiotics in diet, can significantly improve duodenal amylase (P 〈0.05) and lipase activity (P〈0.05) in laying hens. There were a significant interaction effects on amylase and lipase activities. The addition of 600 μg/kg chromium yeast with 800 mg/kg probiotics had the best effect on the production performance, intestinal microflora and digestive enzyme activity summer laying hens diet.
