摘 要:美国艺术评论家苏珊·桑塔格深谙现代舞蹈艺术,她的相关论述构成了其视觉艺术文论的一个重要组成部分,主要从三个层面展开。首先,她分析美国舞蹈家露辛达·蔡尔兹的舞蹈美学是拒绝的艺术,即拒绝浮夸的舞台表达,而蔡尔兹对空间的灵活掌控又使舞蹈具有了一定的哲理性。其次,在舞蹈家与舞蹈的关系问题上,桑塔格坚持认为优秀的舞蹈家在身体力行中往往与舞蹈融为一体,使舞蹈成为一种精神境界的追求。最后,舞蹈家、舞蹈的爱好者和其他领域的艺术家们通过各种形式的跨界合作推动了舞蹈的繁荣发展,使其成为一门开放性的、充满活力的艺术,而这些成功的合作充分地表达了人们对身体语言的肯定。The American art critic Susan Sontag is well versed in the art of modern dance and her relevant elaboration which consists of three perspectives is an important part of her criticism of visual arts. First of all, Sontag analyzes that Lucinda Childs' s dance is the art of refusal which means she refuses grandiose stage performance while her flexible command of space endows her dance with philosophical thought. Secondly, as to the relationship between dancers and dance, Sontag insists that outstanding dancers make themselves part of the dance in their performance as dance is their spiritual pursuit. Lastly, dancers, dance enthusiasts and artists in other fields promote the prosperous development of dance by various means of trans-boundary cooperation, making dance an open and vigorous art. The successful cooperation fully expresses people' s recognition of body language.
