摘 要:目的:探讨叉头蛋白(Fox)M1受体在膀胱癌和腺性膀胱炎(CG)中的蛋白和m RNA表达水平及其临床意义。方法:用免疫组化和实时荧光PCR检测33例CG,43例膀胱癌(28例低级别和15例高级别)和14例正常膀胱黏膜中Fox M1表达。结果:Fox M1在膀胱癌和CG的蛋白与m RNA表达均明显高于正常膀胱黏膜,在高级别膀胱癌中表达最高。结论:Fox M1表达上调在促进膀胱上皮和膀胱癌细胞增殖,抑制其凋亡以及在CG恶变的病理演化中可能起到转录调节的作用。Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of FoxM1 in bladder cancer and cystitis glandularis(CG). Methods: The expressions of FoxM1 were detected by immunohistochemical and quantitative PCR technique in 33 cases of CG, 43 cases bladder cancer (28 cases of low-grade and 15 cases of high-grade bladder cancer) and 14 cases normal bladder mucosa. Results: The expression rate of FoxM1 in all of bladder cancer and CG was significantly higher than that of normal bladder mucosa. The highest expression rate of FoxM1 was detected in high-grade bladder cancer. Conclusion: The up-regulation expression of FoxM1 in CG and bladder cancer tissue may be related to the proliferation of CG and bladder cancer cell, with suppressing their apoptosis.
