足月妊娠羊水过少患者羊膜和胎盘的超微病理学研究

摘　　要：目的探讨羊膜和胎盘的超微结构变化与羊水过少形成之间的关系。方法取正常足月妊娠和羊水过少患者羊膜和胎盘的小块组织,常规制作超薄切片,电镜下观察。结果羊水过少患者羊膜和胎盘绒毛上皮细胞及细胞器,出现固缩退变老化,如微绒毛脱落、线粒体内质网肿胀或固缩、基膜增厚甚至钙化等。结论胎盘老化、灌注不足所致的缺血、缺氧,胎盘功能低下胎儿慢性缺氧是羊水过少的主要原因之一。Objective：To study the relationship between ultrastructure changes in amnion and placenta and oligohydr-amnios formations. Methods：The small pieces of amniotic membrane and placenta in the normal patients and those with oli-gohydramnios were taken,and the ultra thin slices were made by routine method. The slices were observed under the elec-tron microscope. Results：The epithelial cells and their organelles of amniotic membrane and placental villus showed pycno-sis and aging,such as microvilli of placental villus were rare or even loose,basement membrane became thicker and also some calcificational material deposited,the mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum showed swelling or shrink et al. Con-clusion：Fetus chronic hypoxia caused by placenta aging,hypoxia is the main reason of oligohydramnios.
