品管圈活动对患儿静脉穿刺成功率的影响

摘　　要：目的探究品管圈活动对提高门诊患儿穿刺成功率的影响。方法成立品管圈活动小组,确定活动主题,对门诊患儿的现状进行调查、分析,找出可能引起穿刺失败的原因,制定相应的应对措施并组织实施。结果通过活动的实施,门诊患儿静脉穿刺成功率由91.20%上升到96.03%,活动的目标达成率为172.50%,进步率为5.30%。结论品管圈活动有利于提高门诊患儿静脉穿刺成功率,减轻患者痛苦,增加护理工作满意度,从而改善临床护理质量,值得在儿科门诊中推广应用。Objective：To explore the quality control circle activities to improve the puncture success rate of the outpatient children. Methods：The quality management circle activity group was set up,the theme of the event was determined,the current situation of outpatient children were investigated and analysed to find out the cause of the puncture failure,and for-mulate corresponding measures and carry out their implementation. Results：Through the activities of the implementation of the outpatient intravenous puncture,success rate incresed from 91. 20% to 96. 03%,the activity of the target yield rate was 172. 50%,improvement rate was 5. 30%. Conclusion：Quality management circle activity is beneficial to improve the suc-cess rate of vein puncture clinic,relieve patientsˊpain,increase nurses job satisfaction,so as to improve the quality of clini-cal nursing,which is worthy of popularization and application in pediatric clinic.
