摘  要:目的:探讨胸椎小关节错位建立兔胃脘痛模型。方法:将12只兔按随机数字表法分为2组,错位组动物采用自制器械进行固定,造成相应的小关节错位;对照组动物仅方式内固定器械,但并不造成小关节错位,比较2组动物饲养3个月后胸椎CT三维重建以及胃窦部组织HE染色。结果:从CT三维重建来看,错位组动物其胸椎多个偏离正中线,同时脊柱均表现出不同程度的侧弯;取胃窦部组织进行HE染色,错位组可见有细胞变性、溃疡形成。结论:采用手术切开人工错位内固定能够成功造出胸椎小关节错位模型,同时胸椎小关节错位将引起胃脘痛。从组织病理检查结果来看,主要表现为细胞变性以及形成溃疡。Objective: To investigate the establishment of rabbit thoracic vertebra small joint dislocation of epigastric pain model. Methods: 12 rabbits were randomly divided into two groups, group with self-made instruments animal dislocation were fixed, resulting in small joint dislocation of the corresponding control group only, animal way of internal fixation devices, but does not cause small joint dislocation, compared two groups of animal feeding 3 months after thoracic CT three-dimensional reconstruction and gastric antrum tissue HE staining. Results: CT 3D reconstruction, the thoracic vertebrae dislocation group animal more deviation from the midline, and spine showed different degree of scoliosis; from gastric antrum tissues were stained with HE, observed dislocation group cell degeneration, ulcer formation. Conclusion: the operation incision artificial dislocation fixation can successfully create thoracic vertebra small joint dislocation model, at the same time, thoracic vertebra small joint dislocation will cause stomach pain, from the pathological examination results, mainly for the degeneration of cells and the formation of ulcer.
