愿景管理理念下提高高校班级管理水平的思考

摘　　要：愿景管理理念下,如何提高高校班级管理水平,是一个值得高校研究的课题。文章分析了目前高校班级管理中存在的管理理念落后,管理难度加大,辅导员队伍建设机制不健全,管理自由化,学生班级意识不强,学生考评机制不科学等问题。探讨了愿景管理理念对提高班级管理水平的意义,提出了基于愿景管理理论提高班级管理水平的具体建议。How to improve the level of class management in universities is a worth studying under vision management concept. Analysis of the current problems existing in the college class management ： management idea is behind, expansion by the management difficulty increase, the counselor team construction mechanism is not sound, management of liberalization, students＂ class consciousness is not strong, the student evaluation mechanism is not scientific and so on. Discusses the meaning of the vision management concept to im- prove the level of class management, specific suggestions were proposed to improve the level of the class management is based on vision management theory.
