基于因子分析的重庆磁器口古镇文化创意旅游发展对策研究

摘　　要：文化创意旅游是旅游发展的新阶段,传统的文化旅游已不能满足游客的需求,越来越多的景区以文化为基础,创意为核心,发展文化创意旅游,以满足游客对创新求异的追求。文化创意旅游成为国内外旅游流行趋势。研究根据重庆磁器口古镇的文化创意旅游产品开发状况,进行实地问卷调查,基于人口统计特征和旅游行为特征,不同层次的游客旅游动机不同,主要受年龄以及景区游览次数的影响。根据游客对磁器口古镇文化创意旅游产品的打分结果,用因子分析方法将磁器口古镇的文化创意旅游产品分类归纳为流行文化、景观建筑和民俗文化三大类(十四小类),结果显示游客对建筑景观类评价最高,其次分别是流行文化类和民俗文化类。分析结果对磁器口古镇文化创意旅游发展能起到一定的启示作用。Cultural creative tourism is the new stage of tourism development, traditional tourism can not meet the neeas oi tourists, more and more scenic spots on the basis of culture, creativity as the core, the development of cultural creative tourism, to meet the needs of tourists to innovate and develop pursuit. Therefore the cultural and creative tourism has become a popular trend at home and abroad. In this paper, according to the cultural and creative tourism product development status of Ciqikou Ancient Town of Chongqing, questionnaire survey, demographic characteristics and travel behavior based on different levels, the tourists motivation is different, mainly affected by the age and the number of the scenic area. The article then visitors to Ciqikou town cultural creative tourism product scoring results, and using the method of factor analysis to cultural and creative tourism products of Ciqikou town were classified as pop culture, landscape architecture, folk culture of the three major classes （fourteen classes）, the results show the visitors to the highest architectural landscape evaluation, followed by the popular culture and folk culture. The analysis results give some enlightenment to Ciqikou town cultural creative tourism development strategy.
