小湾水电工程建设分包管理探析

摘　　要：工程分包管理是水电建设工程管理中的重要内容之一,但在分包管理的实施过程中存在诸多问题。文章阐述了小湾水电工程建设管理过程中对工程分包的管理措施,有效地保障了各项目建设目标的圆满完成。The engineering subcontracting management is one of important contents of the engineering management of the hydropower pro-ject construction.During the execution of the subcontracting management, some factors have to focus on.In the paper, measures for the subcontracting management in the construction of Xiaowan Hydropower Station are described.These measures effectively secure the suc-cessful construction of the project.
