摘 要:背景谵妄在重症监护室(ICU)中的发病率为11%~80%,右美托咪定(dexmedetomidine,Dex)是一种新型的高选择性α2肾上腺素(α2 adrenergic,α2A)受体激动剂,近来研究提示,Dex可能在预防和治疗谵妄中发挥作用。目的了解Dex预防和治疗谵妄的可能机制。内容综合相关文献,从Dex的药理特性,实验研究中的作用,探讨其防治谵妄的可能机制。趋向为谵妄的预防和治疗提供新的线索。Background Reported incidence of delirium ranges from 11% to 80% in the intensive care unit settings. Dexmedetomidine(Dex) is a potent and highly selective α2 adrenergic(α2A) receptor agonist and recent studies suggest that Dex may be of vital role in prevention and treatment of delirium. Objective Possible mechanisms of Dex in postoperative delirium prevention and therapy will be reviewed. Content Pharmacological properties and role of Dex in experimental studyies were summarized in this review to explore the possible mechanisms associated its prevention and treatment of delirium. Trend Research into the role of Dex will provide new clues for the prevention and treatment of delirium.
