摘　　要：背景多模式镇痛（muhimodal analgesia，MMA）已经被越来越多的临床医师所认同，且推广前景广阔。目的探讨氟比洛芬酯在MMA中的应用。内容从氟比洛芬酯独特的超前镇痛、联合镇痛和靶向镇痛作用方面分别总结分析其在MMA中的应用，总结氟比洛芬酯的应用现状。趋向氟比洛芬酯在MMA中起着重要作用，临床应用广泛。Background Multimodal analgesia （MMA） has been more and more recognized by clinicians, and has vast range of prospects. Objective To investigate the application of flurbiprofen in MMA. Content This article summarized the preemptive analgesia, joint pain, targeted analgesic effects of flurbiprofen, were and summarized its application in MMA and the application status of flurbiprofen. Trend Flurbiprofen plays an important role in MMA, and its clinical application is wide.
