摘  要:政府新媒体平台的信任度是衡量政府电子政务执行情况和传播效果的重要指标,对政府新媒体平台的建构和发展及其对于舆情的影响力至关重要。本研究采用问卷调查方法,通过对上海市9所高校1717名大学生的抽样调查,分析大学生对政府新媒体平台信任状况以及可能影响其信任度的因素。With the rapid development of new media and growing new media users,the government's new media platforms have become an important channel for releasing government information.The current study surveyed 1800 students from 9 universities in Shanghai,and analyzed their trust in the government's new media platforms as well as its influencing factors.Results show:(1) Gender is an influencing factor.(2) The more an the interviewee places on interpersonal relations,politics and society in general,the more trust she places on government's new media platforms.(3) The more the interviewee uses government's new media platforms,the more trust she places in them.(4) The more satisfied an interviewee is with the government,the more she trusts government's new media platform.
