摘　　要：目的：研究四肢皮下静脉畸形的改良手术方式在临床中的应用。方法：选取2010-2013年间我院4例四肢皮下静脉畸形，采用改良手术方式行手术切除，观察术中术后并发症、切口大小、患者满意度。结果：4例患者术中、术后出血少，切口小，效果美容，患者满意度高。结论：改良手术方式切除四肢皮下静脉畸形安全、有效、美容。Objective： To study the use of modified surgery on subcutaneous venous malformation of limbs.Methods： Modified surgery was performed on 4 patients of subcutaneous venous malformation of limbs during January 2010 and March 2014.Results：All 4 patients were performed successfully.During the surgery, they got little blood loss, more comestic appearance and no mobidity postoperation.All patients were satisfied.Conclusion： Modified surgery on subcutaneous venous malformation of limbs should be safe, feasible and comestic.
