屈螺酮炔雌醇片对人工流产术后女性的凝血功能及肝功能的影响

摘　　要：目的：人工流产术后女性即时口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片对其凝血功能及肝功能的影响。方法：对88例年龄在19-40岁行人工流产术的女性术前、口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片3个月及口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片6个月的凝血功能（ PT、APTT、FIB、TT）、血小板计数（ PLT）、肝功能（ AST、ALT）进行测定。结果：88例行人工流产的女性，行人工流产术前的血小板计数与行人工流产术后第3个月及第6个月差异无统计学意义（P＝0．15）；行人工流产术前的谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶与行人工流产术后第3个月及第6个月差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）；行人工流产术前的凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、纤维蛋白原、凝血酶时间与行人工流产术后第3个月及第6个月差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论：口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片不会影响人工流产术后女性的凝血功能及肝功能，临床可以放心使用至少6个月。Objective：To investigate the influence on blood coagulation function,liver function of Drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol tablet in women after artificial abortion.Methods：Drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol tablet were given to 88 cases of women after artificial abortion.The prothrombin time（PT）,activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT）,thrombin time（TT）,fibfinogen（Fib）,aspartate amin-otransferase（ AST） ,alanine aminotransferase（ ALT） before treatment 3 months and 6 months after taking Drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol tablet were recorded.Results：There was no significant alteration in the coagulation or liver function 0.3 and 6 months after treatment;nei-ther any adverse event was reposed.Conclusion： There was no adverse effect on blood coagulation function or liver function of Dro-spirenone and ethinyl estradiol tablet within 6 months.
