老年糖尿病合并高血压患者的护理效果探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨老年糖尿病合并高血压患者的护理效果。方法：选取我院44例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象，并随机分为观察组和对照组，对22例观察组患者给予综合性护理措施，对22例对照组患者给予常规护理措施，分析比较2组护理效果。结果：所有患者在治疗后均无出现死亡。2组患者的总有效率分别为76．4％、95．5％，数据差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：综合性护理措施可以有效提高老年糖尿病合并高血压患者的生存质量，有利于患者的快速恢复。Objective：To explore the nursing effects of elderly diabetic patients with high blood pressure.Methods：44 cases of elderly diabetic patients were chosen as the objects of observation and randomly be divided into observation group and control group.The 22 pa-tients in observation group were given comprehensive nursing, while the other 22 patients in control group were given regular nursing.An-alyze and compare both groups＇nursing effects.Results：No patients were dead after the treatment.The total effective rate for the observa-tion group was 76.4%, while 95.5%for the control group.The two groups＇statistics were significant in difference （P〈0.05）, which are statistically significant.Conclusion：The comprehensive nursing could improve the life quality of the elderly diabetic patients with high blood pressure, and might be in favor of the patients＇quick recovery.
