摘 要:为克服黑火药存在的不足,研制出一种新型高能点火药,通过黑火药、新型点火药在吸湿性、燃烧性能、安全性能及输出特性等方面的对比试验,从理论上分析了该点火药的性能特点。结果表明:和黑火药相比,新型点火药爆热高、吸湿性小、燃烧后残渣量少,组分相容性良好;并且,点火的瞬时性和点火强度优于黑火药。Aimed at the problem of black powder, a new kind of ignition powder was designed. A theoretical analysis on the performance of the new ignition powder was carried out, based on the comparative tests between the black powder and the new ignition powder in the hygroscopic, combustion performance and output characteristics. Results show that the explosion heat of the new ignition powder was higher, its hygroscopicity was reduced, and the amount of combustion solid residua was decreased than those of black powder,meanwhile, the composition of new ignition powder has good compatibility. The test indicated the output power of the new ignition powder is also considerably higher than that of black powder.
