摘  要:以壳聚糖和DL-丙交酯合成的两亲性共聚物CS—co—PLA为囊材,利用双乳法制备了呋虫胺微囊。分别考察了芯材质量比、PVA浓度以及外水相体积对微囊粒径和包封率的影响,并研究了载药微囊的释放行为。结果表明:双乳法制备的呋虫胺微囊粒径约1.23~3.34μm,分布较为均匀;具有较高的包封率,并具有良好的缓释性能,其环境友好,持效期明显延长,适用于害虫的防治。The microcapsulated dinotefuran was prepared by double emulsion method using chitosan-lactide polymer (CS-co-PLA) as the coating material which was prepared from chitosan and lactide. The effects of the experimental parameters including the mass ratio of m (dinotefuran) to m (CS-co-PLA) , volume of external phase and poly (vinyl alcohol) concentration on the size of microcapsules, the encapsulation efficiency (EE), and the sustained release characteristics of dinotefuran microcapsules were also explored. The experimental results showed that microcapsule particles had a mean diameter of 1.23-3.34μm; Dinotefuran microcapsules prepared by double emulsion had high encapsulation efficiency and the well-controlled release behavior. It was environmentally friendly and suitable for the pest control.
