摘  要:为了研究青海高原毛肉兼用半细毛羊血液蛋白多态性,试验采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳法研究了29只青海高原毛肉兼用半细毛羊的HB、ES、AMY1、AMY2、AMY3及TF 6个蛋白基因位点的多态性,并计算和分析了青海高原毛肉兼用半细毛羊的遗传变异系数。结果表明:被检青海高原毛肉兼用半细毛羊血液蛋白的6个基因位点上,除AMY1和AMY3呈现单态外,其余均存在多态性;遗传变异系数中,平均基因均质度、平均基因杂合度、平均有效等位基因数分别为0.524 8,0.400 4,2.150 7。说明青海高原毛肉兼用细毛羊血液蛋白6个基因位点上,除AMY1和AMY3呈单态外,其余均存在多态性。To study the blood protein polymorphism in the Qinghai Plateau semi -fine wool sheep for dual purpose wool/meat production, a method for vertical polyacrylamide slab gel eleetrophoresis was used to study the polymorphisms of the genetic loci of six proteins including hemoglobin (HB), esterase (ES), amylase (AMY1, AMY2 ,AMY3 ) and transferring (TF) from 29 Qinghai Plateau semi -fine wool sheep. And the coefficients of the genetic variation of the Qinghai Plateau semi - fine wool sheep were calculated and analyzed. The results showed that on the examined the genetic loci of the six blood proteins in the Qinghai Plateau semi - fine wool sheep, in addition to AMY1 and AMY3 showing monomorphism, the rest were polymorphic. Among the coefficients of genetic variation, the average gene homogeneity, average gene heterezygosity, and average effective number of alleles were 0. 524 8, 0. 400 4, and 2. 150 7, respectively. The results indicate that on the examined the genetic loci of the six blood proteins in the Qinghai Plateau semi - fine wool sheep, in addition to AMY1 and AMY3 showing a single state, the rest are polymorphie.
