摘　　要：在马骨关节炎发展过程中,不仅关节软骨受到影响,关节的其他结构也会受到影响,包括软骨下骨、韧带、关节囊、滑膜和关节周围组织,这些结构在疾病过程中发生一系列病理变化并且相互作用,促进疾病的发展。文章阐述了马骨关节炎过程中关节软骨、软骨下骨、滑膜的病理变化及其研究进展,以为马骨关节炎的诊断及治疗提供基础。In the development process of equine osteoarthritis, it not only affects the articular cartilage but also affects the other structures of joint, including the subchondral bone,ligaments, joint capsule, synovial membrane and periarticular tissues, a series of pathological changes and interactions occur in these structures, ultimately contributing to the development of the disease. This paper describes the pathological changes of articular cartilage, subchondral bone and synovial membrane and the relevant research progress in the development process of equine osteoarthritis, providing a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of equine osteoarthritis.
