摘　　要：介绍了国外图书馆联盟电子书PDA的概况,以美国奥比斯级联联盟的电子书PDA项目为例,阐述了其资金的来源、书商的选择、电子书的定价和触发购买机制、项目评估以及面临的挑战,以对我国图书馆联盟电子书PDA的实施提供有益的借鉴。This paper described the general situation of patron driven acquisition of E - books in foreign library consortiums. Taking the e - books PDA project of the Orbis Cascade Alliance as an example, the author expounded its source of funding, selection of vendors, pricing and trigger purchase mechanism for e - books , evaluation and unforeseen challenges, in hope of providing beneficial reference for the implementation of e - book PDA in domestic library consortiums.
