攀钢烧结新型松料器的应用及效果

摘　　要：针对烧结料层透气性差的问题,开发了一种倒梯形松料器,并明确了其结构尺寸选取和安装要求。通过在攀钢新2#360m2烧结机的生产实践,改善了烧结料层透气性,起到较好的增产降耗作用,烧结机增产4.85%,料层提高45mm,点火煤气下降72m3/h,转鼓增加0.14%,年创效益500万元以上。Focusing on the problem that the material layer of sintering has bad air permeability, an inverted trapezoidal loosening bar is invented. The selection of its structure and dimension and the installation requirements are clear. Through the production practice in the new 2# 360m2 sintering machine in Panzhihua Steel, air permeability of sintering material layer is improved. A good function of production increasing and consumption reducing is reached. The production of sintering machine increases 4.85%; the height of material layer is risen to 45mm; the gas for ignition reduces 72m3/h; tumbler increase 0. 14%; and the annual benefit reaches more than 5 million Yuan.
