摘　　要：刑事犯罪作为社会丑的一面,必然影响"美好乡村建设"的进程,并削减"美好乡村建设"的社会效益。课题组以亳州市美好乡村建设为背景开展课题研究,从法社会学、犯罪学等角度出发,对当前农民刑事犯罪的特点、成因及对策建议提出了相关见解。Criminal crime as a social ugly side, affects the progress of the ＂beautiful rural construction＂ inevitably, and decreases social benefits of the ＂beautiful rural construction＂. The team takes beautiful rural construction of Bozhon city as the background to carry out the research, and from the perspective of law sociology, criminology, etc., puts forward some opinions for the current farmers crime features, causes and countermeasures.
