摘 要:采用乙醇为溶剂,研究了一氧化碳与氢氧化钠的羰基化反应制备甲酸钠的工艺过程,考察了搅拌速率、乙醇浓度、原料NaOH/CO物质的量比、一氧化碳初始分压以及反应温度等因素对反应速率的影响。实验结果表明,适宜的工艺条件为:搅拌速度为300r/min、乙醇浓度为95%、原料NaOH/CO物质的量比为0.88、一氧化碳初始分压为1.5 MPa、反应温度为80℃。在此条件下,甲酸钠的收率可达到91.71%,纯度为100%。The synthesis of sodium formate by the reaction of carbon monoxide with sodium hydroxide in ethanol was studied.The effects of stirring speed,ethanol concentration,molar ratio of sodium hydroxide to carbon monoxide,partial pressure of carbon monoxide and reaction temperature on the reaction rate were investigated.The experimental results showed that the appropriate synthesis conditions of sodium formate were:the stirring speed of 300r/min,the ethanol concentration of 95%,the molar ratio of sodium hydroxide to carbon monoxide of 0.88,the partial pressure of carbon monoxide of 1.5MPa and the reaction temperature of 80℃.Under these conditions,the yield of sodium formate was 91.71%,and its purity was 100%.
