不同治理模式创新联盟组织运行效率比较研究——以江苏省新兴产业为例

摘　　要：文章以江苏省18个新兴产业技术创新战略联盟为样本,采用聚类分析法对不同治理模式创新联盟组织运行效率进行归类,并运用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)对不同治理模式创新联盟组织运行效率进行比较研究,从而探索科学的联盟治理模式,为创新联盟的规范化发展提供思路。研究表明,企业主导治理的联盟整体落后于政府与科研机构主导治理的联盟,政府主导型联盟的组织运行效率比较分散,而大学主导型联盟的组织运行情况整体较好。This paper, by taking technology innovation strategic alliances of 18 emerging industries in Jiangsu province as samples, applies clustering analysis to classify the organization operating efficiency of innovation alliance in different gover-nance modes, and employs FAHP to compare the organization operating efficiency of innovation alliance in different gover-nance modes. The purpose of the study is to explore scientific governance mode of alliance,offer insights for the development of the standardization of the innovation alliance. The study shows that corporate governance alliance lags behind that of the gov-ernment and scientific institutions governance alliance,the organization operating efficiency of government leading alliance is more dispersed,whereas the organization operation of the university leading alliance is good as a whole.
