摘　　要：在全球经济一体化的趋势下,以一个或几个大城市为核心的城市群逐渐成为具有全球意义的新型城市-区域发展合作和空间组合模式。提高十大城市群的可持续发展能力有助于促进我国整体的可持续发展。文章通过建立多层指标体系,运用多层次主成分分析和层次聚类分析,从经济、社会和自然三方面对中国十大城市群可持续发展能力进行测度和比较研究,发现中国十大城市群可持续发展能力在宏观、中观和微观层面存在非均衡性差异,并有针对性地给出了如何提高城市群可持续发展能力的对策。Under the trend of global economic integration,the urban agglomeration which is of one or a few big cities as the core has become a global significance of the new type of urban-regional development and spatial combination mode. Improv-ing the sustainable development ability of top ten urban agglomerations helps to promote the sustainable development of China as a whole. By establishing a multi-level index system and employing multi-level principal component analysis and hierarchi-cal cluster analysis,we conduct the measure and comparative study of the sustainable development ability of China’s top ten urban agglomerations in terms of economic, social and natural aspeds. We find that the sustainable development ability of China’s top ten urban agglomerations exists the unbalanced differences at the macro,meso and micro level,and put forward the countermeasures on how to improve the sustainable development ability of urban agglomerations.
