超温处理对热等静压FGH96合金PPB及主要力学性能的影响

摘  要:研究了超温对热等静压FGH96合金原始颗粒边界(PPB)、拉伸性能及冲击性能的影响,并分析了力学性能试样的宏观和微观断口特征。分析发现,超温后FGH96合金中的PPB会有所增加,且随着超温温度的提高,增加得更为明显;相同超温温度下,超温时间对PPB的影响不明显。超温后热等静压FGH96合金的拉伸强度有所降低,而拉伸塑性和冲击韧性略有提高,拉伸断口和冲击断口沿PPB开裂的特征更加明显。Aero-engine parts often occur short-time overheat in operation. The effects of overheat on the primary particle boundary, tensile property and impact property of hot isostatic pressing (HIP) FGH96 alloy were researched. Both macro and micro fracture characteristics of mechanical property samples were ana?lyzed. The results showed that the PPB would be increased after the HIP FGH96 alloy overheated. The amount of PPB was increased with the increasing of overheat temperature, while the effect of overheat time on the amount of PPB was not obvious. After overheating, the tensile strength was reduced;the tensile plas?tic and impact toughness were increased for HIP FGH96 alloy. According to the analysis of fracture surface, the cracks were intended to propagate along the PPB for the overheated HIP FGH96 alloy.
