摘 要:海上油田首次应用热采完井技术,受平台空间、机采方式和地面砂处理等限制,热采井不仅要安全环保,而且要满足多轮次吞吐生产和长效防砂要求。热采完井技术主要在防砂、完井管柱设计和材质选择等方面进行优化研究,研究成果已成功应用于海上14口热采井中,作业成功率达100%,充填率超过110%。截至2014年6月,首口井稳产超过1500d,平均有效期超过650d,均经历了第一轮次热采,其中4口井已完成二轮次热采,均未发生出砂和管柱损坏现象。达到了设计要求,为海上热采井高效开发奠定了基础。Thermal recovery well completion technology was first applied in the offshore oilfiled,it was confined by the platform space,method of mechanical production and surface sand process,both the safety and environmental protection in thermal recovery were needed,also the requirements of long-term sand control should be satisfied.For the well completion of thermal recovery,the sand control,the design of completion casing strings and selection of materials should be optimized.The results are successfully used in 14 thermal recovery wells,the success rate is 100%,packing rate is more than 110%.By the end of June,2014,the first well of steady production of over 1500 days is achieved,the average validity term is more than 650 days,the first round of thermal recovery is achieved in all wells,of which the 2nd around of thermal recovery is obtained in 4wells,no sand production and casing string damage are induced.It meets the design requirements,and it lays the foundation for the high efficient development of thermal recovery wells in offshore oilfields.
