摘 要:为改善水驱开发效果,蒙古林砂岩普通稠油油藏近年来开展了大规模的弱凝胶调驱技术,取得了较好的效果,但由于后续调驱段塞驱油效率较低,导致措施有效期相对较短,失效后油藏含水快速上升。为进一步提高弱凝胶调驱效果,研究通过开展微生物采油来提高驱油效率,室内筛选出2株适合于该油藏条件的微生物菌种,评价了菌种的耐温性、生长性、配伍性和乳化降黏性能。采用气相色谱与红外光谱研究了微生物菌种的作用机理,表明该微生物菌种具有很强的石油烃生长代谢的能力,可以达到降低原油黏度的目的,且还可以产生具有高表面活性的生物分子,降低了油水界面张力。现场选择了9口油井进行了微生物油井吞吐先导试验,其中7口油井见效,取得了比较好的试验效果,措施有效率77.8%,累计增油1093.5t,有效期最长达190d。To improve water flooding development effect,large scale of weak gel flooding has been carried out in the common heavy-oil reservoirs of Menggulin sandstones in recent years,better effect was achieved,but as a result of low efficiency in subsequent slug displacement,short effective time was induced in stimulation,water-cut was risen fast in the reservoir after it was failed.In order to further improve the effect of weak gel flooding,enhanced oil displacement efficiency by microbial flooding was studied.Two microbial strains suitable for the reservoir were selected and their temperature tolerance,growth properties,compatibility and visbreaking by emulsifying were evaluated in the laboratory.The mechanism of microbial flooding was studied by gas chromatography and infrared spectroscopy,the results indicated that the microbial strains had strong ability of metabolizing petroleum hydrocarbon to reduce the crude oil viscosity.Besides biological molecules with high surface activity could be produced to decline oil-water interfacial tension.The technology of microbial flooding is used in 9 wells for a pilot experiment and it is effective in 7wells,better experiment results are achieved,the effectiveness is 77.8% with cumulated oil increment of 1093.5t,the validity is up to 190 days.
