摘　　要：预约诊疗是国内医院发展的必然趋势。采用文献查询及回顾等方法,对国内开展的门诊预约诊疗服务现状及存在问题进行深入分析,并结合当前实际,探讨国内预约诊疗模式的优劣和发展趋势。Medical appointment service is the inevitable trend of development of domestic hospitals. This paper makes a thorough analysis of the current situation and existing problems of medical institutions in carrying out medi- cal appointment service for outpatient. Based on this, it probes the future trends of medical appointment service.
