摘　　要：烟草使用所引起的疾病死亡人数逐年攀升,已经成为中美两国重大的公共卫生问题。通过对美国和中国在《WHO烟草控制框架公约》下所开展的公共场所控烟政策比较研究,分析当前两国控烟政策的异同,以及其未来的防控重点。The number of deaths caused by tobacco use is increasing steadily these years, and the diseases due to tobacco use has become a major public health problem in China and the United States. This thesis compared tobacco control policies conducted in public places in the United States and China under the guidance of ＂WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control＂, in order to analyze the differences between the two countries and make prevention steps.
