摘　　要：应用现代质量管理PDCA循环的4个环节进行职工健康质量管理,对提高医院健康管理工作可起到科学有效的促进作用。在PDCA健康管理循环实践中,通过在医院内多部门联合开展健康管理工作,从评估职工健康电子档案入手,制定并实施健康管理计划,检验实施效果,不断改善健康管理工作,持续推动健康管理PDCA循环的运转,探索建立让更多职工主动参与的健康管理环境,以提高医务工作者的健康状况。We apply Plan-Do-Check-Action （PDCA） circulation in improving health management in the hospital, which promote the health management in our hospital effectively. According to the evaluation result of health elec tronic file, we make a work plan, and do as the plan. We check the achievements and improve the plan constantly, and finally turn the PDCA circulation into action. Multiple departments in the hospital join in the PDCA work cycle, and find ways to bring more medical staff into the cycle, and improve their health constantly.
